Shipping and Return Policy

Ornaments and Stocking Stuffers: may are returnable if they have no personalization. They will ship withing 1 business day. 

Christmas Magic Kits require 3-5 business days processing for personalization. They will ship immediately after I complete personalization. Shipping is free within the lower 48 states. International, Alaska and Hawaii products are shipped via USPS with standard shipping costs applied.

We ship Advent and Elf Antics Kits the first week of November.  Shipping is free within the lower 48 states.  International, Alaska and Hawaii products are shipped via USPS with standard shipping costs applied.

We try to accommodate all shipping needs. If you have special instructions, please leave those in the notes section of your purchase so we do not miss them.

Note: Any items personalized are not returnable. If there is a defect or a quality issue, we will offer replacement of item.
